Michael R. Stanzione has been practicing in New Jersey since 2012.  He joined the firm in 2013. His practice focuses on a broad range of matters including Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Criminal Defense, Expungements, Restraining Orders, Municipal Court, Land Use, and Guardianships.   

Prior to joining the firm he was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Francis R. Hodgson, Jr. in the Criminal Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County.

Michael earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, DE in 2011 and his B.A. from Penn State University in 2005.

Currently he is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Ocean County Bar Association, RWJ Barnabas Health Behavioral Health Board of Trustees, the Community Medical Center Foundation Council of Emerging Leaders, Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sister of Ocean County, and the J. Phillip Citta Cancer Center Annual Wine Tasting Committee.

Michael enjoys sailing on the Barnegat Bay, skiing and attending various sporting events.  He resides in Toms River with his fiancé, step son and daughter.
