PLEASE BE ADVISED: That for the immediate future our office will be operating remotely. All of our attorneys have full remote capabilities and the office remains fully operational.
-All real estate matters are moving forward through the mail and digitally. We are working closely with our realtors, lenders and title companies to insure that the sale or purchase of your properties move forward.
-All court filings may be done through the internet and any conferences with the court are being done telephonically or through video conferencing. Over the last week we have invested in the technology possible to keep these matters business as usual.
-Wills, Estate and Powers of Attorney work is also moving forward with telephone or video conferencing between attorneys and clients. In the near future we anticipate that E-Notaries will be able to execute those documents for you. These steps will eliminate the need for any of our clients to leave their homes but also plan for their future.
-Our land use and zoning attorneys are still diligently filing applications with townships. Many townships throughout the state have delayed their public hearings until they can have the systems in place to conduct these meetings open to the public through the internet. However we have been urging our clients to continue with their filings so that we my “reserve our place in line.”
