    About Lynne A. Dunn 

    Lynne A. Dunn’s diverse legal practice incorporates land use, guardianship, probate, estate planning and mediation.  Celebrating her twenty-first year with Hiering, Dupignac, Stanzione, Dunn, P.C., Lynne represents telecommunications companies, developers and private property owners seeking planning and zoning board approvals.  She has had the privilege of representing national companies seeking approvals for facilities at the board and appellate court levels which ultimately helped to ensure reliable telecommunications service throughout New Jersey during Superstorm Sandy.

    Lynne’s reputation as an advocate in the guardianship field has earned her court appointments throughout the State as counsel, temporary guardian and guardian ad litem.  Similar appointments extend in the probate area of law in which Lynne also serves as administrator of estates and trustee of testamentary trusts.  Several of Lynne’s clients in the land use field also rely upon her for their personal estate planning.

    Since earning her certificate as a civil practice mediator in 1999, Lynne has received numerous mediator and receiver appointments in the Civil and Chancery Divisions of the Superior Court of New Jersey, while also serving in private and homeowner association ADR proceedings.

    Lynne currently has the privilege of serving as President of the Ocean County Bar Association, an organization to which she attributes both personal and professional growth.  She serves as co-chair of the Bar Association’s Land Use/Real Property and its ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee) and as a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District IIIA Fee Arbitration Committee which serves Ocean County.  She has also served as Chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court District IIIA Ethics Committee.
