    About Annemarie Schreiber Esq.

“A thorough understanding of the client’s needs will ensure that their desired results are achieved.”

The difference between a job and a career is passion. It was my passion for elder law and estate planning that led me to become a Certified Elder Law Attorney.

Throughout my legal career, I have been fortunate to have been exposed to many different areas of the law. That experience has included not only representing and assisting individuals with a wide variety of their needs but also representation of public sector clients. However, it was the work on guardianship cases that truly piqued my interest in elder law. There is nothing more satisfying than providing legal help to those in need. To know you can make a difference in someone’s life and help that individual in some small way is a great feeling.

It was my passion for elder law that triggered my interest in becoming a Certified Elder Law attorney. As an elder law attorney, I have been given the opportunity to do something I love. I believe my passion for elder law is evident in dealing with my clients. I want to help them with whatever their needs may be, from drafting a simple Will or Power of Attorney to assisting them with more complex matters such as Guardianships, Estate Probate or Estate Litigation.

Listening is key to understanding a client’s needs. A thorough understanding of the client’s needs will ensure that their desired results are achieved. The thought of having to deal with the many issues the elderly face is often intimidating to many individuals. I eliminate that intimidation by making the process as easy and effortless as possible for my clients.

Annemarie Schreiber, experienced New Jersey estate planning and elder law attorney at Hiering, Dupignac, Dunn & Schreiber, P.C., specializing in wills, trusts, and probate
